Making an application to join our music making is easy.    There are two principal options corresponding to the two groups involved in the liturgical music.

The Robed Choir

Sings for all the Sunday morning Parish Eucharist services, choral and sung Evensong, and at the principal other services, for example, the Patronal Festival, the Carol Service, etc..     Though training is given, there are limited numbers of places for those with little or no musical experience.    Those whose training equips them to read music to a greater or lesser degree will get the most from membership of the choir.

St Andrew's Singers

A less formal group, constituted principally to sing/play at the monthly All Age Eucharist services generally on the first Sunday morning of each month.    This group, as it builds numbers and experience will also be invited to take part in other services as the opportunities arise.
